Coachella at Sea

Coachella at Sea is one of the best known cruise productions around. And Laseronics, one of the United State’s premiere laser production companies, has had over 50 plus successful cruise charters, where they have performed laser light productions for some of the world’s leading cruise ships.

For the Coachella at Sea event, Laseronics front man Mr. Kyle Garner and his colleague Poncho Valentino Lucero transformed the pool deck of the Celebrity Silhouette into a magical kaleidoscope of multi colored laser beams under the stars.

Using a combination of Pangolin’s Live Pro and Beyond software, the two laser operators controlled a total of 16 laser projectors live and to the beat of the music from the DJ’s.

Performing “live” laser effects alongside fast paced DJ’s such as The Gaslamp Killer, Z-Trip, Tokimonsta, Alf Alpha and Rapture require a specific skill set and ability. The team at Laseronics notes that using Pangolin’s Live Pro and Beyond software made control of such a show much easier to perform.

Show Tech:
A total of 16 laser projectors were used for the Coachella at Sea event. Show control was done using Pangolin’s LivePRO and BEYOND software, with the QM2000.NET hardware.
