LASORB L44-47-122-LL-X

The L24-47-122-LL-X LASORB device is a 2-pin through-hole version of our ESD absorber, designed and tested specifically to protect laser diodes and other optoelectronic devices that have an operating voltage up to 20V, and those requiring very low LASORB insertion leakage current. It provides protection against reverse bias as well as fast-changing forward bias conditions.
