Dealer pricing and policies

Pangolin has set a suggested U.S. price list for our products. Most dealers in the U.S. sell at or below these prices. Dealers outside the U.S. may set higher prices due to import duties, local language support and other increased costs, and yet other dealers may be able to sell below these prices, particularly if they purchase in very large volumes.
     You should not select a dealer on the basis of price alone:

• Each dealer provides a different mix of pre-sale consultation and demonstrations, installation and set-up, and post-sale service and support. The more support your dealer provides, the faster and better you'll be able to do shows. Choose a dealer who can provide the service and support which is best for you.

• Some Pangolin dealers build and sell their own systems, others primarily do shows and can serve as consultants. Work with a dealer who has experience in your particular application.

• Pangolin does not have exclusive dealers or territories. You may purchase from any dealer, whether located in your country or not. However, all other factors being equal, it is usually best to purchase from a local dealer. This is because you must first go through your dealer for support.
